Had a sweet stay, heaps close to Gare de l'Est. The staff were super friendly, but the room was a bit snug, and I wished for better ventilation. Chur for the location!

    Needs improvement
    5.0

The unique triangular structure of the building provides oddly shaped rooms, particularly in the corners, which are slightly more spacious than the others, making it easier to manage your luggage. Those fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony enjoy a little extra comfort, especially useful for ventilation during warmer nights.

Noise from the bustling Boulevard Magenta below is a constant irritation, drowning out any hope for a peaceful night’s rest—ear plugs are almost mandatory. The rooms themselves are on the compact side, and the bathrooms can feel cramped, particularly the shower stalls, which limit your mobility and make getting ready somewhat of a challenge. Especially frustrating was the unreliable Wi-Fi that cut out with frequency and the absence of air conditioning, making the heat unbearable during peak summer days. Breakfast offers a limited selection. if you’re not there early enough, you might find minimal options left, which is a drag when you're hungry.

    cozy room
    friendly environment
    tight spaces
    noise from street
    lift odor

The room felt cozy but was quite compact, making it a bit of a squeeze when moving around. Hot water in the shower was reliable, but the tight space felt a bit claustrophobic. The charming little balcony provided a nice touch for fresh air. Staff were incredibly warm and ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Gare du Nord, making it super easy to hop on trains. I enjoyed being close to various dining options. there’s a fantastic patisserie across the street that was perfect for grabbing goodies. My only real hassle was the noise from the busy street outside, especially during the night, which made it tough to sleep well. I also noticed that the lift had an unpleasant odor at times, which could be off-putting.

    Cozy stay near the stations

The room had a comfy double bed, an electric kettle for tea and coffee, and a wardrobe for storage. Bathrooms featured a hot shower with free toiletries. Cleanliness was spot on, and the staff provided helpful tips for local dining spots. Access by lift to the upper floors was convenient, making the stay easy and enjoyable.

    great location but tiny rooms

The proximity to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est made traveling convenient. I appreciated the cozy decor in the lobby, which helped create a warm atmosphere. the view from my room was charming, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city.

The room was quite small, which made moving around a bit challenging.
